SPONSOR INVOLVEMENT IN THE TECHNICAL PROGRAM

IEEE sponsors are expected to be directly and substantially involved in developing and supervising the technical program of ICSETIS 2027.

• Defining conference themes, technical tracks, workshops, tutorials, and special sessions aligned with emerging research areas and IEEE standards.
• Participating in the Technical Program Committee and recommending qualified reviewers, keynote speakers, and session chairs.
• Overseeing the peer-review process to ensure technical quality, originality, and ethical compliance.
• Guiding the organizing committee on IEEE publication standards, plagiarism policies, and conference best practices.
• Monitoring paper review quality, technical session planning, and final program development for IEEE Xplore suitability.
