INSTRUCTION TO AUTHORS
Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. All manuscripts must strictly follow the IEEE conference format and should be limited to 6 pages including figures, tables, and references.
All papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT submission portal: Submit Paper (Microsoft CMT)
Submission Guidelines
· Download and use the IEEE paper template provided below.
· Manuscripts must follow the IEEE conference format in Word or LaTeX.
· Paper length is limited to 6 pages.
· At least one author of every accepted paper must register and present the work for inclusion in the proceedings.
Review Process
· Each submission will undergo a rigorous peer-review process with evaluation by a minimum of three independent expert reviewers.
· Papers will be assessed on originality, technical quality, methodological rigor, relevance to conference themes, and clarity of presentation.
· All manuscripts will be screened using Turnitin/iThenticate with a similarity threshold below 10% excluding references.
· Final acceptance will be based on reviewer recommendations and Program Committee evaluation.
Publication
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, final confirmation pending. The publication proposal is under consideration, with indexing targets including Scopus, Web of Science, DBLP, and INSPEC.
